Design & Drafting Department
This department consists of innovative Engineers and skilled draughtsman capable of delivering concept designs, engineering designs, shop drawings and built drawings for all mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects.
The personnel in this section possess the requisite skills needed to design electrical networks and distribution systems up to 33KV.
Planning & Quantity Surveying Department
Duties in this division include preparation of take-off quantities and comparison of these quantities with the approved drawings for identification of any variation in quantity and dimensions. It provides accurate information on project schedules and constantly monitors activities in order to identify and eliminate the factors that could delay the project. Work notifications are checked here in this section ensuring error-free monthly payment certificates.
Project Execution Department
The execution team is mixed crowd comprising some 350 skilled/unskilled workers,administrative
staff,qualified and experienced engineers who facilitate proper coordination
with admin and work sites.They are also responsible for procuring machines and materials
necessary for hassle-free project execution.
Finance and Administration Department
Run by a team of skilled professionals comprising Chartered Accountants,Cost &
Management Accountants,this section organizes project financing from financial institutions
operating in the Gulf Region.It records & processes project-related data and
facilitates decision-making by providing accurate,speedy and reliable information.
Human Resources
The company's activities are given shape to by a dedicated team of senior managers,engineers,administrative staff,technicians and helpers.
Purchase Department & Stores
Manned by competent personnel's backed by years of experience,the Purchase Department
ensures that only the best of the materials are procured for ElectroRAK projects.Conscious
of the quality policy of the company,they order material from renowned manufactures
across the world so that there is no compromise on quality at any level.
Similarly material management,another critical area,has been made more efficient
so that the projects can continue without break.There are systems in this division
to prepare inventories periodically so as to maintain a planned and unhindered flow
of material needed for the project.Realizing the importance of material management,the
company has invested nearly 15 million AED in inventories/stores to ensure efficient
and timely deliveries.
